There are a ton of ways to serve at BCAY. In order to discern where you fit, we encourage you to be prayerful and open throughout this process. Additionally, the current leadership team is available to answer any and all questions you might have about serving at BCAY.

Our goal is to assemble next year’s leadership team in a way that maximizes everyone’s God-given gifts and talents. In order to do this, we encourage you to apply for ALL the positions where you feel you might be able to best exercise and grow your gifts.
